If you use the diagram on the manual I linked to before on page 14 for the RJ45 Connector

DB9 Pin 2 -> RJ45 Pin 5
DB9 Pin 3 -> RJ45 Pin 8
DB9 Pin 5 -> RJ45 Pin 4

I am trying to attach picture of this poor man's cable
