Hello,
I am new on this forum and in EASY family too.
I have a project with imputs, outputs and display. I have bought a EASY822-DC-TCX + MFD-CP4-800 + MFD-80-B. I have never found programs with this configuration in the training center. Is it a good configuration ? Is it possible to communicate an Easy822-DC-TCX with and MFD-80-B ?
I think that the following configuration should be better : MFD-80-B + CP8-NT + TA-17.

Hi lau
If you connect an Easy 800 and an MFD-80 with MFD-CP4-800 you have a “plug and play connection”. You don’t need a special program. The only effect you achieve is that you can support the easy functionalities by the MFD Front instead by the Easy Front.
The better configuration is like you said to use an MFD-80-B + CP8-NT + TA-17. In this case all the MFD functionalities are provided.

Hello Hermann,
Thank you for the answer.
In my project, I need 7 transistor outputs.
What is the possible configuration : MFD-80-B + CP8-NT + TA-17 + ?

Hi Lau
Connact a extension-unit Easy 620-TC-TE. So you will get 8 aditioal transistor outputs. (Have a look at the picture in the appendix).

Hi,
I have 2 new questions:
1. If I don’t need Easy Net, is the following configuration correct:
MFD-80-B + CP8-ME + TA-17 + 620-TC-TE?
2.The connection between the CP8-ME and 620-TC-TE is direct without cable?
Thank you for your answer.

Hi Lau
With both question you are right. (See the picture). The plug is in the extention unit box encloudet.
