I am trying to hook up two air solenoids, the first solenoid will be triggered by a tester when it detects a flaw in a tube it will close a relay that will alow 110v to go to a device. What I need is for the easy 500 to detect when the device has closed the relay 10 times the easy 500 will need to send 110v to the 2nd solenoid, this is the first time I have used an easy500 and any help I could get would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
If I understand your task correctly, you need a Counter-Functionsbloc wich set the "solenoid 2" after 10 times the "soleonid 1" has switched. What about resettig of the counter when it has a value >10? For this occasion I instaled a input 2 to reset the counter. I hope it helps to solve your problen. If not, don't hesitate to ask again.
Have two ScreenShot at the appendix:
- The programm
- The counter parameter

Hi
It is easyer to write the programm by Easy-Soft. I'm not experienced in programming using the buttons on the easy front.
how did you add the cc01 and the rc01 I dont see that option
There are 3 optios:
-Coil to count
-Coil to reset
-Coil for count direction (up or down)
You can choose it by "Spulenfunktion" (in english "Coil function"). I wrote an example (counter 500.zip)

I will be programing using the keypad on the unit, would it be possible for you to give me step by step instruction on what buttons I need to push to enter this information
I tried it and I discovered:
-Set the cursor on the first C by CC1
-Choose the designatet function by pushing the cursor-buttons up or down
-Choose C for count, R for reset, or D for count-direction
