Titel: Installing EasySoft 6.21 pro upgrade

I have downloaded the file for the 6.21 upgrade, however it starts to load and then stops with the message " you do not have the required software 6.10 -6.20 pro. I know I have the correct software
and in the ? (about) field in the software it tells me I have 6.20. any Ideas all help appreciated

Are you sure you have 6.20? Have you testet it by questionmarkt at the toolbar on top?

Yes I have used the ? on the toolbar and then the about button and it definitly say's version 6.20 pro

Hi gelcoat,

your build nr can't updatet. You must deinstall your easysoft, then install your original easysoft 6.10 or 6.11 or 6.20. After this installation the update works !!
