Does anybody know if it is possble using some kind of extender kit or something else if it is possible to extend a programming cable to about 300m!

Hi Bob5
you should use an RS232 to RS485 converter for range up to 1200m. Easy cable is a serial RS232 connection up to 10m.

I have no experiences with easy cable and RS485, but other applications works.
