Hello Guys,
I need your help to solve the folliwing problem.
I have a system with:
NET-ID 1 : MFD-80-B+CP8-NT+R16+EASY 618-DC-RE
NET-ID 2 : EASY 820-DC-RCX
About the first 4 standard analog inputs (IA1, IA2, IA3 nd IA4 from RA16 module), I've not a problem to show their values on the MFD display.
But for the other analog inputs (R7, R8, R11 and R12 from EASY 618-DC-RE module), how do I do to put their values on the MFD display?
Thanks a lot.
Regards

Dear Marco.
Please note, that the expansion modules do not have any analogue input.
All inputs are of digital type.
In case not already done, you may use the 4 analogue inputs from NetID2
and send the value via EasyNet.

Good morning Maikky,
I know that the expansion modules have all digital inputs, but the inputs I7, I8, I11 and I12 can be used as analog inputs 0-10V.
Up to now I used the inputs I7, I8, I11 and I12 of the R16 module and I would use the other inputs I7, I8, I11 and I12 of the EASY 618-DC-RE module.
These two modules are connected by the connector on the side not with NET-ID cable.
I hope to explain you the problem in the right way.
Thanks.

Hello Marco,
"easy618-DC-RC" have not analog input- there is digital only. The Modul "easy406-DC-ME" is an analog expansion. 8) ;)

Hello Maikky,
now I understand.
So, I've two possibilities:
1) buying the EASY406-DC-ME
2) using the analog inputs from the EASY 820-DC-RCX on the NET-ID2 e put their values on the MFD display by the NET.
I'm sorry for my very little knowing about EASY modules.
Thanks a lot.

Dear Marco.
In general you have the two options.
It depends on the total required inputs/outputs to decide which solution is the best for you.
For example the module EASY406-.. has two analogue inputs. If you need four it is not an option.

You can use the "easy-406 as an extension to your" Easy 820 "connect. This is an option! So you have 4 +2 analog inputs. 8) 8) 8) ;) ;)
