Hello,
I have a customer with a Dell Inspiron 5100 Laptop with no serial port.
We were told by Moeller Canada that the ATEN brand Usb to serial converter part number UC232A should work in communicating ot the MFD but have not had good results. We have found the older Keyspan adapters are the only ones which work with the Easy800/MFD and those are no longer available.
Does anyone here have any experience with the Dell 5100 and a USB to Serial adapter which works?
