Titel: EASY819 and EASY DEVICENET MODULE - HELP!!!!!!
Beitrag von: tariq_ghuman am Januar 19, 2007, 17:47:12 Nachmittag
Hi Guys,

I need help with setting up the EASY819 with a devicenet module.  In the devicenet master I am able to see the slave, I am also able to read byte 0 which shows the status of the EASY819.  I can see if it in run mode or stop mode etc....however, I am unable to read byte 1.  Byte 1 contains the status of the S1-S8 bits.  I have attached S1 to S4 as outputs (status) in my ladder program in EASY819 but I am unable to read the status in the master.  Am I missing something?  I have attached the program below.  Please help!

Regards,
Tariq

At first: Your easy-program is correct.

At second: Which kind of plc with devicenet master are you in use? How looks your configuration in your plc? S-Data has to be set for input-bits and the R-Data has to be set for the output-bits. Mostly you have to map each byte separate in your configuration.
