Hi,
Could someone help me? I have a problem with a M22-ESA-R, and MFD, when I started to enter a list of fingerprints, in the second user, the system didn’t introduce well the fingerprint because swept the finger several times. Then when the second user or anyone wants to use the sensor in the screen of MFD show us this message “internal error”. In the user’s menu delete all and even so the problem exist, in the list of the user only appear the second user and it can’t be delete. How I can reset my device, without damage it.

The version in diagnostic is 1.4.5 build 001.
