how can i see the diference and take other action with the same imput?

next situation.

There is a switch and the switch can do 2 different timeswitchframes.
one with en closed switch from 1 second and other for 3 seconds.

When the switch gave a impuls for 1 second action 1 must take place.
When the switch gave the impult for 3 seconds then action 2 must take place.

How do I program that in a easy 800. is that possible?
