My question is how to program a device Easy719-AC-RC for an engine to run 45 minutes and 15 minutes to take a break. Then the cycle repeats.

Documentation translated into my native language is impossible to understand.

The easiest way is to use a flashing relay.

Attached please find an example with times 10 s and 5 s for easier simulation.
