Found Winlog Lite.  http://sielcosistemi.com/    free download
Works as a charm with the Easy 209.
Haven't tried the RS232 yet (busy , busy)

Fully functional Demo version runs 15 minutes
49 Euro for the full Version with 26 tags without time limit.

Everything is adaptable and to configure.
Simply with bitmaps or even bitmap animations.
With it's own TC/IP Server build in, so towards multiple other PC's , or even more. 

Als a web template so control via the web is possible.

I can assist with some nifty tips and tricks :-X  ( Even in German, but with bad 'Rechtsschreibung')
Just ask , I've been working all summer with it.
