MFD TITAN USB PROBLEMS

I've had a look through the forums and on the web but can't seem to find anything relating to this issue.

When attempting to communicate with the MFD Titan and download a program from it via USB the computer completely locks up for a while and the USB ports will no longer function from there on until a complete restart happens which is causing some huge problems on site. Does anyone know of a solution or a way round this issue?

Using Windows 7 Professional 64bit with Easysoft Pro v6.93
