How can I query for Easy OPC server V1.17 and not easy soft

Hello,
I need to have the Easy OPC Server V1.17 to run my monitoring app under windows 7. I dig the web but couldn't find any way to query for it's price. I already have the OPC Server V1.10 is there any chance to have the OPC V1.17 with no fee, as I'm living in a country with no support from eaton!
