Help, we have been using the new advanced rtd sceen, we use the same set of passwords for administate,operate and watch, it was working fine yesterday however i wanted to make a few mods but it will now not let me connect with my laptop. On the laptop it comes up with fault code 103 wrong password. How can this happen i am the only person using the device and i have not changes the passwords from the standard set we use. we now have a screen that cant be used. This would now make us a bit apprehensive to us them. Anybody got any idea's please as it is a bloody good device that we want to use. Cheers
