Hi, do you use easysoft7 on windows11? does everything work? I have a problem connecting to the easy e4 controller. There is a communication error. The same as when the cable is not connected. I will add that the controller is detected and reads its IP. But can't connect to it online. This was not a problem on win10. I am using easysoft 7.41

Hi tomaszk,

Windows 11 can‘t be the problem. For me, the connection to the easyE4 works perfectly fine with easySoft 7.

Yes, the network is the same. I am asking about win11 because on another laptop with win10 and win7 I never had a problem. Everything points to a problem with this device. Perhaps there is a configuration problem.
