When connecting to the easy, i do the search and it comes up with the info of the device connected but in the bottom left of the box in red letters it says the device configuration has been locked and no changes can be made to it!. I then go to connection and online and it will not connect to the device. Anybody go any idea's as to what i am doing wrong.
