I ahve set up the easy and screen however when the screen looks for the easy it finds it ok and shows the ip address but comes up with an error message that it is unable to connect. Easy firmware has been updated. Anybody got any ideas.

Hello srd,

did you setup IP parameters correct for easyE and RTD to an unique IP-address?
Static IP

e.g. (only)
easyE4 static
IP 192.168.000.4
subnet mask 255.255.255.0

RTD static
IP 192.168.000.5
subnet mask 255.255.255.0

I recommend not to use auto-ip!

Please refer to manual for RTD network set up?
