We have an easy e4 connected to an rtd screen, on the bench they work absolutely fine. However when they are put into a panel and the power is turned on the screen will not find the easy unless the easy is in stop mode. i have looked on you tube and followed there examples but it appears that whenever power is lost and returned they do no communicate. Anybody got any ideas please. Cheers

Have you checked "Watcher" or "Operator" on the "Auto Login" field in the RTD?
And enabled communication to the rtd in easysoft under the menu item "Ethernet"?

Yeah have both set to operator. Just comes up with a message that it is trying to connect and after a while the abort tab lights up for you to press as no connection made, turn the easy into stop mode and it connects straight away. Really frustrating got quite a few jobs we can use these on and even make it a standard on our controls panels but need to get it sorted first.
