When using a comparator it will only let me put a contact on the LT output, is there a way of putting a contact on either og the other 2 outputs GT and EQ.

Yeah but for some reason it will let me put say an open contact on LT but not on GT or EQ, why would this be

Manufacturer function block only with LT
For EQ and GT use a new network.

In my eyes this is a perfect bug. For years. Maybe something will change in the next version? My mathematics teacher once said very aptly, "You can believe in religion, but in mathematics you have to know it!" With faith you are firmly convinced, with MAYBE you even lack that!

I am trying to add a text display to the output of eq on a comparator but i won't let me. I am writing a program in LD to go forward and backward various text screens using a counter and comparators. As a comparator is equal to the counter it will bring on a text screen, if the count increases or decreases it will show a different screen. I all works ok but to make the program shorter i was hoping to be able to have the comparator and text screen in the same network.
