Hi There

I have Easysoft v5.10pro and v6.0basic, when i use the update service, it fails every time or just closes. Has any one else had this problem? How can i get it to work? ???

try to disable your firewalls (e.g. ZoneAlarm, please don't forget the Windows XP firewall)
