Easy Soft PRO 6.20 and Windows XP SP2 problem

Good morning everyone.
I have a problem with installing ES PRO 6.20 under Windows XP SP2. The installer tells me that I can install it only on SP1. I read on Moeller site that there's an Update 6.21 on SP2 but there's no whole 6.21 program on SP2. So I have whole program (on CD) 6.20 for SP1, my system is on SP2. And I can't install it. I don't have any computer with SP1. Is there any trick to install 6.20 under SP2?

are you really sure to have SP2 installed?
The minimum system requirement is XP SP1.
Not the maximum   So SP2 runs well, too.

I would bet, that you haven't SP1 installed.


Please check your system:
Click Start -> Properties -> Systemsettings -> System

If you see Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2 (like the attached picture) than come back.

Otherwise download and install SP2 from Microsoft Download Page:

I thought I do have SP2 installed but I didn't even have SP1 (not my computer, I don't know why there wasn't even SP1 installed ). No I installed SP2 and ES 6.20 pro is working fine Thanks for giving me a clue. Regards.
