high speed counter

can any one help me out with the high speed counter used in easy 800 i want to know what is the limit of counting plus how many pulses can it count in one second will it work for the frequency of 10Hz

The limit for the high speed counter is 5kHz for the Easy800 - series.

To get more detailed information you may use the online-help.

- select the diagram view
- select the counter function block
- hit the F1-button and the online help for this function block pops-up
