Easy 719AC-RC Stuck in Stop Mode

Hi,

I have a EASY719 Ac Rc, in the field that i cannot get into run mode.

I am unable to get to the Unit to go into "Run" Mode.

I have set it to go into "run" on start up, but i cannot get it into run, not via [run / stop] and not vai "Run Mode".

The program is still intact, nothing has changed. The unit was running, when we testing it in our offices, but onsite it has now gone into stop mode for no reason, and i am unable to get back into run mode.

Please advise.

Nope, no password enabled.

I have the easy comming back, so im going just replace it with a 100% working reloaded easy.

And then i have to time to find out why this one refuses to go into run mode.

we have had here in Finland many similar cases past years. 230VAC Easy-relay sometimes goes to error-mode and only way to start it to RUN-mode again is following: transfer program again with easy-soft or change manually one of the parameters in easy relay.

Error/Stop-state occur sometimes when your voltage is not 230-240VAC all the time. Example if you have short drop to 150V and then back to 230V, then easy-relay could have this stop/error-state, but not allways...
