monitoring and start stop easy combination via internet

I am using easy combination easy 819-DC-RC   7 sets  networking via easy-NET .
I would like to monitor this program with facility to remotely  run / stop and modify this program for example from Dubai to Qatar via internet  ..
Please advice    ...
