EasySoft 7.41 and EsySoft 8.01 closes spontaneously ...

After updating the computer (it was on an Intel(R) Celeron(R) J4105 16GB RAM, became an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1240P 32GB Ram) when checking the identity of the program (PC=Device?), the program began to freeze and close spontaneously. Tested on EasySoft v7.41 in EasySoft 8.01. Otherwise, no other problems have been found so far.
