Running text

Hi members

I have just recieved the new version of MFD and tried one of its new features 'Running Text'. In simulation mode on my PC it looks fine, however once downloaded to the MFD unit the clarity of the 'Text' seems to get lost in its shadows as it moves from right to left across the screen.

Has anyone else experienced this?? or any suggestions!

I could observe with my MFD that shadowed text also.
In my opinion it's depending on Display temperature.
LCD reaktion time increases if temperature decreases.
After about a half hour operation time MFD text was shown without shadows.
For my application text moving speed is to high.
Speed should be changeable with EASY-Soft.
I think MOELLER should rework this function.

Thanks for your response and advice. After a short time running MFD the clarity got a little better, however I agree with you the speed needs to be slower to make it a useable feature of the unit.

Hopefully this is a small change/update in the software?
