easy 800 (BC : block comparetor )

hi friends

In my application which i am working on i have a problem especially with bc ( take a look at the attachment ) .
  first i'm gitting data ( MB08,09,10  with a 2 seconds interval between them ) to know the the present condition of the application .
  Then i'm comparing the present situation with 27 different likely conditions
 ( initial data ) which could happen .
( 27(conditions) * 3( MB08,09,10 ) = 81 datum =>compressed _BY OVERLAPPING_ =>just 29 MB : MB11 TO MB39)
The comparing task has been done by BC  =>  the block comparetor drives on the initial data
 ( using arithmetic as the distination range ) => see the attachment
and tries to find the the present situation in them and whenever it finds the present situation matching with one of the given conditions , the EQ has to be in status 1 but unfortunately it isn't.
Is it very fast tocompile ? why ? ... let me know more wheather you figured out the problem
any other advises , good technique , better way!
