easy 209 connection

Hi All,

Can you please help me. I want to connect my easy 721-DC-TC to the 209 SE ethernet module.
I have the following:

Easy OPC server V1.00 build 1018
Easysoft pro V 6.21.
MFD-CP4-500-CAB5 cable

I've already given the 209 an IP address.

First of all which colour wire connects to which socket on the 209?

Secondly, wich communication method must 'n choose in the easy-opc-konfigurator under ethernet, must it be easy 209 -se 9600, easy 209 -se 19200, easy 209 -se comfort or lantronix?

I cannot get the status LED on the 209 to flash it just stays on

Hello Christo,

you can look at the Moeller-Suppot-site (www.moeller.net).
Search under support to "Easy 209", and you find many informations over the modul. There is a configurationprogram and the manual.

Hi Christo,

1. update the easy-OPC-Server to V1.11 and get the newest version of the Easy209SE-Configurator (Links are on the easy forum under "News" in the head line)

2. configure the easy209SE with the Easy209SE-Configurator (Device: easy500/700, Baudrate 4800, ...)

3. connect the easy209SE to the easy700 with the MFD-CP4-500-CAB5: Connectors 1 to 5 with the colors grey(1), brown(2), yellow(3), white(4), green(5)

4. configure the easy-OPC-Server with the easy-OPC-Configurator (Connector: EASY209-SE, Baudrate 4800, ...)
