Help emulate PTC monitoring relay with easy 819 dc rc

Hello,
I am new to inteligent relay programming and hope that someone can help me with emulating a PTC monitoring relay with easy 819 DC RC (analog input 0-10V).
The monitoring relay i want to emulate is from schrack (the link to  the manual):

I want to emulate contact between T1 - T2 for measuring resistance.
I attach the file with how i think it's done but i am not sure it will work in real application.
I hope that someone can give me some advice.

So for my application it's imperative to buy a PTC monitoring relay?
