EC4P Communication issue with HMI XV-102-D6-57TVR-10

Ffacing communication issue on our Seram Crane HMI. Taken following remedial actions but not successful:

1)  Checked all CAN loop cables and HMI CAN cable which were found OK. We have installed direct spare cable from HMI to PLC but result was same.
2)  Replaced HMI with new one and run the system but same fault appeared.

the message appearing on the HMI Screen is listed below
"Communication Disturbed message status @MW2014, CAN, Not Operational"

Please suggest what to do..

it's look like the can_master is not running, what is the status (must be =5 for full funktion/operational) ?
You can check this and more info by using diagnostic FB's in CanUser.lib in the program.
