Diagnostic messages ID15,16,17 not exist in manual or help file but assigned

This is question for Eaton stuff here.
Why we have this messages assigned to base device BUT there are no explanation anywhere about their function?
In manual and help file ID15,ID16 and ID17 simple do not exist and are marked -.
Can we have this messages explained and manual and help file updated as this is not feature of newest firmware but exist for long time without any explanation till today.
