System software for 822-dc-tc

we have easy 822-dc-tc(production date: Dec 2003) and easy software(easy-soft 5.11pro).
but, when we transfer source program to easy controller, communication error was shown.
we would like to know the reason. pls let me know.
i think that the operating system is old version.

Hi Steven,

You can use EASY-SOFT 5.11 [pro] for your easy822-DC-TC.

When you start your project, you'll be prompt to choose the version of your easy822-DC-TC. For your easy822-DC-TC from Dec 2003 choose the older Version "<=V0.3"!

The newer (default) Version ">=V0.4" would give you a few more function blocks, which your easy822-DC-TC isn't able to deal with. That's why the download error occures, I assume.

If this doesn't solve your problem please state the exact version-no, build-no. etc. of your EASY-SOFT and easy822-DC-TC and the exact download error (number and description)
