question application easy relays
« am: März 10, 2010, 11:52:10 Vormittag »
Hi,

I must made a system that can shake a plate with 2 valves.
Now the problem is i have to adjust the shake time, but how should i do that?
i tought about a pot.meter but i don't think i can connect that to the easy relays.
Is it possible with a combination of a mfd display to adjust that?
How should i have to do that?

Thanks for the respons.

Greets,

Jürgen

Dear Juga.

In case you have an Easy-type with analogue inputs you may use a potentiometer to set
the shake time.

The second option is to set the time by the P-buttons if the Easy is accessable during operation.

If the Easy relay is not accessable you may use the MFD display.

Please advice which Easy you have and which option you prefer. Then I can give you further
hints.

Dear Juga.

Attached please find a principle wiring diagram for connecting a setpoint potentiometer.
By using the proposed resistance values you will get an analogue input 0-10V.

The attached programming example shows how the analogue input 0-10V is used to vary the
blinking time of a timing relay between 0 and 60s.
