Is the Darwin ribbon cable OK?

Hi to all!, im having trouble using Darwin (as usuall....), well, when i connect the SWD4-8SF2-5 using the SWD4-CRP-1 tool, one of  the ribbon cable SWD4 lines gets broken- Is this a normal connection?, im using the cripping tool wrong?.

Please help me.

Yep, it is normal. Actually, my Darwin net works just fine.
