MFD Titan USB Driver Error Code 10

I have used EasySoft with VirtualPC for the last 8 years with no problems.  I recently just received a new computer with Windows 7 and tried to install the drivers on my main computer and constantly keep receiving an Error Code 10.  I have tried to manually remove the drivers multiple times, disabled my USB 3.0 in the BIOS but still have had no luck.  Anyone else come across this issue?
