Hi friends

I have a problem with an easy822, because my client forgot the password, I would like to know if there is a master code to unblocked it and retain the program.
if this isn't posible, how I can erase the password.

there is no master code. Fortunately !
Do you have the file (.e06) ?

Thaks for your help, I don´t have the file *.06e, because my client modified the program and he didn't save it in a file.

I have this issue but I have the .e60 file with the original password. Is there someway to get it from the file?
