Is there dll files which  can make a easy exchange data with a VBA application on microsoft excell.

DLL's are available from MOELLER.
If you can wait 3 or 4 months probable your wishes will be satisfied.
MOELLER will release a new EasySoft version  "6.10pro".
Part of this software is an OPC-Server.
