easy E4-DC-12TC1,password

Hello.
 I need help, easy E4-DC-12TC1 I forgot the password, how can I reset the device to default. It's okay if the program is deleted. Thanks in advance.

Hello Suyo1,
create an empty text file in root on a µSD-Card and name it RESET_MY_E4.BIN.
Then switch off power supply, insert µSD-Card an power up the device again.
After a few seconds easyE4 is reset to factory defaults.
Power down again, remove µSD-Card and power up again.

Thank you very much, the information worked. I am a beginner in this field.
I have one more question, I connected 2 easy-E4-DC-8TE1 expansion modules to the basic device Easy-E4-DC 12TC1, but it does not recognize the expansions, the status LEDs only flash. It does not go into run. What to do... Thanks in advance
