rtd passwords

Hi All anybody know how to reset the passwords on an rtd screen. We haven't got the ordiginal passwrods so can't get into the device. Cheers

if you are the admin who set up the PWs and "simply forgot" them please contact Eaton Support, there is a solution for that which the colleagues from the Support Team will share with you.
